This course is designed for the new computer user or those who have some understanding but would like to improve their knowledge and expertise. It will help the user to better understand how the computer works, how to organise folders and files, work with email and do basic maintenance to keep the computer running smoothly. The course will vary according to individuals requirements and understanding.
